Gotham City's Midnight Riders (BEGUN)

The power sounded familiar to Karmy, but she couldn't place her tongue on it right now. "Hypnotism huh?" she said nervously.

"Yeah, came in handy one more than one occasion." He said. He noticed Kamry was thinking about soemhting. "What is it?" He aksed.

Karmy rubbed the back of her head, "Oh nothing. One thing is that I'm not too big of a fan of hypnotism. And that just reminded me of someone.."

[Yeah, he's dying in Ab's rp, so he's pretty much dead by now.]

Casius raised an eyebrow unde rhis helmet. Hypnosis abilities were uncommon, so he was interested. "Who do they remind you of?" he asked curiously.

The vehicle drove through the night, until it stopped in front of a large brick building at the end of a wide alleyway. Stepping out of the vehicle onto the wet pavement, Charmer and Gabe began walking to the door. Gabe opened the door, and the two of them walked inside. Inside, the foyer was surprisingly nice; decorated with oriental rugs, marble busts, rare French paintings, etc. Charmer and Gabe made their way down a hallway, passing many thugs as they went along. It seemed the thugs knew who they were, so they did not interfere.

As they walked into the sitting room, the grand fireplace at the far end had a warm fire crackling within it. "Hello, gentlemen.." said a man on the far side of the room. Only half of his face could be seen, due to the light of the fireplace. The man flipped a coin, catching it with ease. Charmer and Gabe walked in, and sat down on a couch across from the man. "Hello," replied Charmer, "we are here to rework our deal with you concerning recruiting the girl..."

(Awww poor Zero)

Karmy said and got a far away look in her eyes. "It reminded me of an old friend of mine. He died a few years before. It's why I left the Titans. His name was Zero."

Ok, everyone, I'm going to keep Ebony in Cali for a while longer, and have SYNG be my 2nd "character".

Syng (pronounced "sing") is a company dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential. What does Syng stand for?

Founded years ago by a small group of wealthy individuals (Twoface included), Syng has grown wealthy enough to reach others outside their base location in Gotham City. Recently the recruiting teams have been sent out to locate gifted individuals. Syng claims to help individuals find their full potential, and realize their purpose in the world. In reality, Syng exploits people and their abilities, subtly using them to further their business empire. It just so happens that Charmer is one of the agents working in the Recruiting Department and Negotiation Department (for obvious reasons). The way the system works is like this:

Upon joining, an individual with abilities will first be trained to use their ability to its fullest potential. After they have completed training, they will be assigned a non-powerful partner, who will help keep them in check. There are multiple departments, as well.

Recruiting: In charge of finding new talented individuals and training them until they are fully capable of becoming an agent.

Negotiations: Working with other companies and contributors, this department also manages marketing and expenses.

Special forces: The backbone of the company, this department is made up of top fighting individuals.

Central Intel: This department is in charge of the entire company. It consists of various wealthy contributors (Twoface included) and is run by a man with a love of money.
