Arthur is approved, although I would've liked to see some kind of reference to his mental ability; I don't plan on any mind control or such happening though so it's all good, just a "be aware" for future games. GMs like to know how hard it would be to take over your mind :3

As a side note: my complements on a b-e-a-utiful Character Sheet.




Still waiting on Mišji and Esiasch's updated sheets, but Mame's hit finals this week so we're chilling on that. Again; they just need some mental/physical reference abilities, a simple sentence saying how physical/smart they are, as per S.O.P. though once that happens they're in too.




Circuit needs some revisions before he can be approved. The Hub City RP is existing in it's own little universe so Mission Street hasn't/won't happen and should not be referenced. He needs some mental/physical reference; just a sentence or two about how he's doing in school and whether or not he's passing gym. Once revised he'll be approved. Nice to have you Karm Wink

My apologies for the wait, life's been kicking me in the shins lately. They're not the prettiest sheets in the world, just let me know if/what you need me to clarify;

Baccarat

Hair: Longer, messy black hair.

Attitude: A smartass through and through

Attire: Wears a tough, somewhat raggedy leather jacket over a thick, protective shirt he bought off of an ex cop. It protects him from things like dull knives, but is no match for something like a machete or a gun and he relies on his own talents to avoid these weapons. Wears thick cargo pants and protective utility shoes for protection from the waist down.

Physical abilities

-combat- being the son of a mob family, he’s had to learn how to protect himself from a very young age and is a skilled fistfighter. He has turned his own body into his most effective weapon and is in prime physical shape.

-weapons proficiency- From knives to guns, he’s been exposed to lots of different weapons in his life and has mild skill with most common weapons.

Mental Abilities

-street savvy- having grown up in hub city most of his life, he knows how the city works and can easily make his way around without much difficulty.

-numb- the usual shocks and atrocities of living in hub no longer seem to affect Will in any real form, so he is not easily disturbed or shaken.

-Family history- due to personal family experience, he has a unique and in- depth perspective on how organized gangs work in Hub.

Paraphernalia:
-A tripple barreled pistol or custom make, it can either fire one shot at a time or fire all three barrels at one for an extremely destructive shot. However, it's low ammo count and diffuculty in reloading a weapon of it's complexity means he uses it only if he's sure the situation warrants it.

-He also posseses numerous weapons such as knives, knuckles, ect. stuffed in the confines of his jacket or pockets.

-keeps a collapsable bow and several foldable arrows tucked away for when he needs to nail someone quietly.

Weakness:
-decrepit chivalry- What few fetid scraps of morality he has left can be turned against him- he refuses to fight women, children or an enemy he feels he can easily overpower, although he isn’t above making an exception in extreme circumstances.

-aggression- when he is in combat though, he is aggressive and will challenge enemies that vastly outmatch him despite his better judgment

History: Born into a massively powerful drug cartel, at their height they had their hands in every dirty business in the city, from drug trafficking to blackmailing city officials. Growing up as the heir to the family, he not only attracted aggression from rival gangs but from his own younger brother, the man that would grow up to become the assassin Falcon.

He grew to deeply resent his family, blaming them for the constant attempts on his life and at the age of 15 his disgust piqued when he witnessed his father personally cut down a defenseless man that couldn’t afford the lucrative ‘protection’ he had been forced to pay. Revolted at what blood was on his family’s- and by extent, his- hands, he ran away.

He took to vigilantism, striking against his Father’s gang to attempt to hinder them. In the process he befriended Travis Barkman, son of the man his father had slain and the future SHARP agent Backgammon.

When pressure from other gangs, his own strikes, and the return of Mandragora forced his family to flee the city and hunker down in the distant Gotham, he felt as if he had dealt a deathblow to his father’s gang and attempt to repeat this with other gangs in the city. However, over time, he began to succumb to the city’s spell- his morals began to plummet, becoming more aggressive and violent with every strike, and soon he became just as bad as the rest of the mob, albeit he was far more dangerous then the common thug.

Recently, he’s began to droop from that approach to appreciate the ‘finer things’ in the city, from women to narcotics to gambling- his skill at the card table earning him his nickname, Baccarat. However, somewhere under all the decay and rot is still his original noble intentions, although bringing him back to the straight and narrow path might take a bit of digging.

Backgammon

Attitude: Calm, cool, and collected

Physical abilities:

-scrappy- Although he’s not the physical powerhouse that his counterpart William is, he knows enough that he can hold his own against the common thug.

Mental abilities:

-numb- Like William, he is all too familiar with the regular working of Hub city and is not phased by the everyday hardships of the city.

-engineer- He has a vast ocean of mechanical knowledge at his disposal, from metalwork to carjacking. He designed William’s triple barreled pistol, and is a superb shot wth most projectile weapons

Paraphernalia:
-He possesses a wide range or gadgets and tools to fulfill his various tasks and commissions.

Weaknesses:
-although he’s an ok fighter, his strength and skills leave a lot to be desired and he will pose little challenge to an experienced fighter.

Bio:
Born to a pair of master carjackers, Travis learned how to joyride a stolen vehicle as soon as he could comprehend it. His constant exposure to the mechanical genius of his parents led to his own intellect spiking. At first he was picked on at school due to his ‘nerdiness’, but when people’s cars began to vanish, he found he had a lot more friends as time passed. However, after and argument, his mother left his father and him.

No longer with the means to pay up to the local Valdez mob, he was forced to go for extra high- risk targets. Unbeknownst to him, he carjacked lady Valdez's car, the wife of the man whom he owed, Mr. Valdez. Completely outraged and feeling like Mr. Barkman was trying to deliberately get back at him, he had him murdered ruthlessly and was the catalyst that spurned William Valdez to turn against his criminal parents. Inspired by Will’s crusade and wanting a shot at the mob himself before they turned to him for recompense for his father's still lucrative threat money they felt he owed, he agreed to offer his mechanical prowess to William in engineering weapons and sabotaging enemy plans.

He didn’t dip to the dark side as bad as William, but he sells his dangerous custom weapons to the highest bidder (he, too, earned his nickname Backgammon from the card tables though) He secretly longs to go back to the old days and wishes William would go back to crimefighting.

Redwing

Dress: wears a patchwork black- and red suit. It offers uneven protection, as it was sewn from various articles of clothing, ranging from discarded police uniforms to old clothing. Wears large metallic red gauntlets on her upper arms which contain various knives in a Nightwing- esque manner and large, metallic red shingaurds. She will also wear ordinary clothing, assuming she can steal any.
Eyes: striking red
Skin: very pale

Attitude: Random and violent but also possessive to a point of paranoia- she won’t let go of anything or anyone she views as hers short of bloodshed or a VERY good counter offer. She is impressionable and will follow any crowd that she thinks has the most to offer, albeit this makes her come off as gullible.

Physical abilities:

-Numb- unlike William and Travis’s emotional numbness, she’s physically either numb or ignorant of all but the most intense injury to her body.

Mental abilities:

-insanity- Her unpredictable and hate filled mind make her nearly impossible to predict or read and it takes significant work to make her act ‘normal’ on any topic, and even that usually ends in some form of injure

Metaphysical abilities:

-Pyrokenisis- She is capable of bending and using fire to her will on an advanced level. However, she is incapable of igniting her own flames and must either have access to open flame or some form of ignition to utilize her abilities. Due to her manipulation of the flames, she can resist far more intense levels of heat then the average person.

-Her uniform, a cigarette lighter, and several knives of different sizes and make

Bio:
Adrienne never got along well with others- from a young age, she came off as ‘creepy’ to her peers. Her weird tastes (peanut butter and pickle sandwiches were one of her favorite foods) and often violent demeanor often drove others away and, despite it rarely being intentional, she ended up being in the corner of a room with even adults giving her a healthy berth. Only her parents seemed to give any concern, but despite sending her to the best doctors and psychologists, she remained just as violent and obscene as ever. However, she never intentionally set out to harm anyone.

That is, until her fifteenth birthday. After a typically grating day of school, she returned home to notice that her home had been broken into. Foolishly believing the burglars to be long gone, she entered her home only to witness her parents brutally murdered only moments after by the offending gang. The gang noticed her, and quickly caught her, making their intentions towards her well known. Afraid to a point of hysteria, one of the thugs had a cigarette that suddenly exploded in a well of flames. Quickly realizing that it was her doing, she effortlessly burned her attackers to death.

However, the damage was done- her already fragile mind shattered to splinters, she burned the rest of the house to the ground to try and ease her pain. However, this failed to fill the cavernous void her insanity drove her to believe existed, and she ran away. To make matters worse, once the media caught up to the sight of the smoldering house- and Addy nowhere to be found- she received the blame.

Realizing that there was nowhere else to go, she turned to a world of crime, using her powers to blindly lash out at anyone who infuriates her. She takes what she wants with no regard for the rules, slipping deeper and deeper into her insanity by the day. Her constant drifting- and hide from the law- has lead her to Hub city, where she feels right at home among the rest of the rabble rousers.

DEEP under the core of her hatred still exists a pre- trauma version of her that longs for companionship, and right now she's looking for any group that she thinks it'd be fun to hate the world with. Watching the world burn is so much more fun with company, amirite?

Double Majoring in criminal justice and forensic science, Azalea has an acute sense of law and crime scenes. She has minimal deduction techniques and is good at paying attention to detail.

Tools

Grenades
Having access to military grade explosives, Lady Bug packs three flash grenades, one smoke grenade and two fragmentation grenades. The frag grenade has a 10-meter (11 yard) danger zone. The flash grenade has a 20-meter blinding zone, blinding can last up to 30 seconds, and the initial detonation usually impairs hearing. The smoke grenade’s cloud usually covers anywhere from a 30-50 meter radius and makes it hard to breath within the cloud.

Mountain Climbing Gear
Usually taking only what’s necessary to maintain a nimble form. She usually has a grapnel hook, gloves, and a harness with rope. If needed, she brings hooks for different jobs.

Dual 9mm Handgun and Silencer
Azalea fashions two 15 round M9 handguns. She more susceptible to use them since she is nothing but a mere human.

Kevlar Body Armor
The fitted Kevlar armor absorbs 40% of a standard 9mm bullet's impact at 30 meters. The farther away the shot originates, the more the body armor absorbs. It is also laced with optic fibers in the back, so when she has her back turned to her enemies, she appears invisible unless she moves too much which will break the illusion. Any part that isn't exposed with optic fibers will remain visible.

Weakness

Paranoia
Azalea is very paranoid of not only her own life but of Arthur's as well. She is overprotective of him and may constantly get in his way of progress if she deems a situation too dangerous.

Light Weight
Azalea is only 5'1" and 97lbs, she is nimble but also very fragile, making her weak in combat.

Origin
After Arthur left, Azalea pursued to have a long distant relationship with him, though it became harder day-by-day as he became obsessed, distant, and hard to talk to. She began shipping him weapons and tools so he would keep himself safe, but steadily trying to discourage his ideas, even though he was so passionate about them.

She continued on with her schooling and went to college, double majoring in criminal justice and forensic science; she was at the top of her class until she graduated at an early age of 21. By this time she had been ceasing communication with Arthur though he was constantly on her mind. Azalea decided to drop in to visit him for a couple of days, but as it turned out, she found an apartment close by and rented it out. This became a base of operations for Arthur unintentionally, since he couldn’t let his mother know of this.

She had been skeptical at first, but whether Arthur convinced her or not she started to see things his way. The two began ordering items and equipment and preparing.

Appearance

Hair- Long, thick chocolate brown. Goes down to just pass the shoulder blades and curls every which way at the ends.
Height- 6’3”
Weight- 152lbs.
Eyes- Blue
Apparel- a band of gilded olive leaves crown her head. A faded, tan shawl is wrapped about her neck and shoulders; it is thick but is made of a softer material. This is used more for protection against the elements than any actually attack. Androdameia is fitted with mostly brown, hard leather. The main piece of protective leather is a girdle that acts as the majority of her clothing. The hard leather fits much as a one piece swim suit would, though it dips down in a V-shape connecting to a bright red fabric that is fitted tightly over her bosom, held in place by a tight, black band that is sewn into the leather at the sides and back. This leaves a large amount bare. For modesty’s sake a small pleated skirt is tied at her right hip, the fabric is connected by a hard knot, her right thigh exposed as the skirt does not come all the way around. Her legs are covered with more brown leather thigh high boots. The ankles of these boots are fitted with strong, metal anklets that are for stability as well as protection. A leather strap is wrapped high on her left thigh, this is for holding any knives she might wish to store on her person, easy access and a safe place for a small blade. Both hands are fitted with tight black fabric, the ring and pinky finger are bare.

Abilities

Physical

    Half-Amazonian- Themyscirian Amazons have varied degrees of superhuman strength, speed, and stamina. They have extraordinarily acute senses which were gifts bestowed upon them by their gods. Adrodameia is capable of breaking apart steel and concrete with her bare hands. Blessed as well with a high durability factor, enhanced healing, and the ability to absorb and process a vast amount of knowledge in a short period of time. Though Adrodameia possess all these traits they are lessened to a degree due to her not being a full blooded Amazon.

    Themyscirian Combat Expert- each day on Themyscira is dedicated to the bettering of one’s self, be it academically or in combat training. Androdameia has spent her whole life training both her mind and body. She is trained in the ways of armed and unarmed combat, all which were developed over centuries by the Amazons that have come before her.

    Themyscirian Bracer Training- like all Amazons; Androdameia is trained in the ways of blocking projectiles with special bracers. These bracers are given to amazon’s who have completed the training for them. Some are even blessed by various gods or goddesses who favor that individual amazon.

Mental

    Fast Learner- though she is by no means a genius. When it comes to certain aspects; Andromadeia is rather efficient when it comes to learn new concepts, especially when it comes to hand to hand combat or weaponry. She is rather clever; having a good head on her shoulders and is not prone to being tricked.


Weapons/Tools

Sword of Themis- Andromadeia possesses a sturdy kopis sword. This is a favored weapon of ancient Greek warriors, it is thick and curved mid blade, with a curved grip. This weapon is used for swift thrusting and stabbing and 25 inches in blade length. In Amazonian society, some individuals gain favor from gods by proving themselves exemplary or talented in certain fields. Andromadeia’s stern and truthful personality, as well as her bravery gained her favor from Themis, the goddess of divine order, justice and customs. Themis imbued the kopis blade with durability, making it capable of withstanding not only the strength of the Amazonian using the blade but also whatever force her enemy might inflict upon it. On top of this the blade seems to thrum and ache whenever it is near those who wish to do evil. When brandished to fight a foe, if that foe is truly wicked or has done some sort of great injustice in their life the blade seems to be drawn to them, almost like a dowsing rod.

Amazonian Bracers: Andromadeia excelled at the bracer training all Amazonians must undergo. They are hard, durable bracers though hers’ are not the magical ones gifted to Wonder Woman. They are used for blocking projectiles though she has never used them against bullets, she can move swift enough to block them, along with anything else but because they are simple bracers they are prone to injuring her wrists if she uses them too often. These are a last resort/defense against bullets, arrows or any other small bits of harmful debris cast her way.

History

Andromadeia was born on Themyscira to a native of the island; Prothoe. The Amazon had left Themyscira as a means of self-exploration. Over the course of the next few years Prothoe explored the world of man much like the Princess Diana did and found the love of a man. Though happy with modern world and the man she had chosen to be with, Prothoe fled back to Themyscira after she became with child. Wanting to raise the child in the safety of the Amazonian homeland.

Thusly, Andromadeia was born to culture of the Amazonians. Growing up there, she was nurtured and raised by Prothoe and the women of Themyscira. Pledging her life to the protection of the queen Hippolyta and the island itself. Despite this, Andromadeia seemed to struggle more so than a pure Amazonian. She was not as strong or as fast, and she aged faster than all of them, though still less than a normal human. Frustration was the norm for the young woman, who found herself always outdone by her peers.

Prothoe assured her that the mortal blood within her was not something to be ashamed of, but like most young, impetuous forty year old Amazons, Andromadeia wanted to prove herself. She begged her mother to let her go forth, she was strong and the world was not so alien to their people anymore. Prothoe did not want her to go but the strong willed girl insisted until finally her mother caved.

Prothoe would give Andromadeia a day to explore the world. They would go together to a costal place in the States and experience ‘Man’s world’ together. Reluctant but happy to get her way Andromadeia agreed and together they set out to visit the city where Prothoe met Andromeda’s father. Coast City.

Prothoe brought them there using the magic of the island, planning on the day being uneventful as the area she had chosen was isolated. She had not planned for Andromadeia to wander off to the distant docks in some fit of childish rebellion.

The young Amazonian met her first men there, intrigued and suspicious she followed them after conversing with them about the world of men. She was quickly downed by a cloth drenched in chlorophorm. The men she had met were traders in human trafficking. And unconscious surrounded by other shivering or unconscious girls, Andromadeia was quickly transported to the city that couldn’t be saved, Hub.

]Born as a twin in Paradise City with Thomas by her wed lock parents; Rose and Van Douglass. Rose left Victoria and her brother were to their gagnsster father when they were barely a year old. By then Victoria’s powers haven’t activated until she was six years old when she got into a fight with a boy who kept pestering her at school. Caught by the teacher, they called her father to tell him what exactly they saw. After the incident, she was immediately taken out of school. Van Douglass was intrigued with Victoria’s ability and began to test her to see what exactly what she could do. Discovering her ability, Victoria was put to use by her father. He managed to take over an old friend’s gang while he dwelled in jail and used Victoria to get information and trick others. Victoria was his “special” weapon that was used in secrecy, so no one can use it against him. Blinded by her ignorance of his intentions, Victoria didn’t realize how little her father really cared for her and was by his side no matter what. After Van’s friend came back from his sentence, he refused to go down from his power over the gang and ended up killed by Nathan. Years later traumatized by the incident, Victoria became a hostess (uses her powers to her work) at a bar in paradise city controlled by the Angler since she was left with nothing with her brother Thomas.

History


Always been on his sister’s side, Thomas has been there for Victoria since the day they were born and is very over protective over her. Besides being her twin, Thomas is completely the opposite of her and only shares the same eye color as she does. Even he is the dumber one from his sister, he was gullible enough to follow his gangster father. He knew what his father was doing and hated him for it, but for the sake of his sister he bit his lip. After their father’s death, Victoria took up the role of making money being a prostitute and Thomas felt guilty that he wasn’t doing anything, so he decided to do errands for gangs for cash.

Yes to Oracle, though personally I'd prefer if you didn't, if you want to have Oracle in your ear I can play her, but due to her access to data-files, and largely 'adviser' position she's really a character better handled by the GM. That way I can decide what, if any, information she has access to regarding Hub City & it's citizens.

Also; Victoria and Thomas are approved, and nifty. Though I would have liked to see something about Victoria's general physical capabilities, is she stronger than the average girl, what about flexible? Inquiring minds want to know, and Thomas's mental capabilities; did he funk Algebra I, how about Social Studies?

After searching around for a month for a job and finding nothing, he came across a flier for a mixed martial arts competition that went on throughout the month. He decided to give it a shot. After loosing his first few matches, and coming close to being kicked out of the community, he had the idea to start using his powers in his attacks. Subtlety, he would send a shock through his opponents with his attacks. Soon, he was winning matches and making money. Throughout his fights, he would study his opponents and mimic their fighting skills. Soon, Casey started to spend more and more of his winnings on cigarettes, feeding his addiction, and Karmy did not approve. They would constantly get into fights and she would tell him that they could be spending the money on more important things. Eventually, Karmy had to get a job as a waitress just so that they wouldn't be kicked out onto the streets. After one night, when Casey had stormed out after a horrible argument with his sister, he came back 2 days later to find the apartment trashed, and his sister missing. It didn't take a detective to figure out that someone had nabbed her. Casey hadn't seen her since that fateful night, and he feels downright guilty for what had happened the last time they spoke. After that, he vowed that he would find and save his sister, no matter what it took. After 2 years, he had come to find himself in Hub City, working in a small deli to fund his search.

I think you should read some physical and mental abilities and rework that..... Not sure how that's relevant to mental and physical abilities.

Physical: Seeing how Circuit fought in MMA competitions, he can fight for a fair amount of time. But, since he also is a heavy smoker, running is another thing. Cant run over 15 meters without getting winded.

Mental: Never really paid much in school, but that doesn't make him an idiot. Given the amount of fights he's won and how fast he picked up the techniques, he can easily find his opponents weaknesses and use it to turn the tables. Also has a knack for knot tying and rope work.
